Injection Molding Machine:

The injection molding machine consists of several key components:
- Hopper: Holds and feeds the plastic resin.
- Screw or Plunger: Melts and compresses the resin, creating a molten plastic.
- Heating Unit: Heats the plastic to the required temperature.
- Injection Unit: Injects the molten plastic into the mold.
- Clamping Unit: Holds the mold halves together under high pressure.
- Cooling System: Rapidly cools the plastic inside the mold.
The plastic is heated to a specific temperature, often between 200°C and 300°C, and then injected into the mold cavity under high pressure.
