Superior Quality OEM ODM Customized CNC Machining Aluminum Heat Sink Milling Part

Die Casting:

  1. Die Design: The process begins with the design of the die, which is the mold used to shape the molten metal into the desired part.
  2. Material Selection: Choose the appropriate die casting material, typically non-ferrous metals like aluminum, zinc, or magnesium.
  3. Die Preparation: The die is prepared by heating it to the required temperature and applying a release agent to prevent sticking.
  4. Injection: Molten metal is injected into the die under high pressure. The metal quickly solidifies and takes the shape of the die cavity.
  5. Cooling and Ejection: The part is allowed to cool within the die, and once it's solidified, the die opens, and the part is ejected.
  6. Trimming and Finishing: Excess material (flash) is removed, and any necessary machining or surface treatments are performed to achieve the final specifications.
  7. Quality Control: The finished die-cast part is inspected to ensure it meets the required dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
